The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to access the city center. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a decent selection of food. Guests can enjoy the nearby supermarket and restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. The internet speed is good, ensuring easy connectivity during your stay.
The room cleaning service could be improved as it is not done regularly and fresh towels are only provided on a daily basis.

Staff were very pleasant and spoke a good amount of English, as most I've found here in Azerbaijan do not. Restaurant/cafe located downstairs from the hotel was inexpensive and homely, but still provided good food.
Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Bathroom floor was very dirty when I moved in and shower hadn't been cleaned properly. It stayed this way for a week. Sheets were not replaced at all over this time either, only bed made. Not sure if this is normal for Azerbaijan, but it certainly isn't in my experience. Street outside and surrounding buildings are quite dirty and ugly also, though street work was being done to remedy this. Things could be very different going into 2012 and 2013.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with my visa arrangements before my trip. The hotel's location was excellent, being conveniently near a big mall, a supermarket, and a metro station. This made it easy for me to explore the city, as I could reach anywhere in the city easily by using the metro. Additionally, there were local taxi drivers standing outside the hotel whenever I needed transportation. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised by their flexibility when I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to go straight to my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, contributing to an overall enjoyable stay.
Nothing not to like.

We had a great weekend at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always eager to assist us in any way possible. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and a fantastic park with a zoo and Koala attraction park. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast offered was a bit disappointing. While there were fresh and natural juices, the options for sausages, cheeses, and flakes were simple.

Great staff! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist us during our stay. Excellent location! We were just a short walk away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby, ensuring we were never bored.- The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of high-quality food options.
Room cleanliness was lacking. Our room was not cleaned regularly and we only received fresh towels on a daily basis.
